By accessing or using Super Diagram, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our service.
2. Description of Service
Super Diagram is an AI-powered diagram generation service that creates visual diagrams from text descriptions. Our service includes:
- AI-generated architecture diagrams, infographics, and system designs
- Multiple style variations per generation
- Export to Mermaid.js and Draw.io formats
- Cloud storage for your generated diagrams
3. User Accounts
To use Super Diagram, you must create an account using Google Sign-In. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activities that occur under your account.
4. Subscription & Credits
Super Diagram operates on a credit-based system:
- Free Tier: 3 generations total
- Starter Plan: 30 generations per month
- Lifetime Plan: 10 generations per day, forever
Unused credits do not roll over to the next billing period for subscription plans.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use Super Diagram to:
- Generate illegal, harmful, or offensive content
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations
- Infringe on intellectual property rights
- Attempt to reverse engineer or exploit our AI systems
- Share your account credentials with others
6. Intellectual Property
You retain ownership of the prompts you provide and the diagrams generated for you. However, you grant us a license to use anonymized data to improve our services. The Super Diagram platform, including its design, code, and AI models, remains our intellectual property.
7. Refund Policy
Due to the nature of AI-generated content, we generally do not offer refunds for used credits. However, if you experience technical issues that prevent you from using the service, please contact us for assistance.
8. Limitation of Liability
Super Diagram is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the past 12 months.
9. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may also delete your account at any time through your account settings.
10. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
